BB1200 IBC Blender is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry for blending solid granules and powder materials. It is also widely used in food and fine chemical industries for materials reconstitution and homogenization process.
The equipment has high blending efficiency and guaranteed blending result, easy bin replacing process and eliminated cross pollution or dust pollution during the whole process.
The main machine is composed of two pedestals, IBC cage and lifting system, rotate blending system, electric control system, bin, etc. The left pedestal is set with aligning roller bearing, the right one is the motor-gearbox drive.
Lifting system
The lifting system is mainly composed of lifting and clamping parts. The lifting part is composed of motor, coupling, bevel gearbox, lifting guide rod, etc…
The reducer is driven by the motor, with the transmissions on the two ends, raising and lowering operations are executed.
The clamping part is composed of cage bottom platform and 4 pressure feet. Four pads supporting the bin legs are on the platform, through the driving actions of the lifting guide rods, raising and lowering of the bin is realized. When the bin is lifted to the clamping position, pressure device receives bin clamp in position signal and maintains pressure on the bin, thus ensuring bin stays in position during blending cycle.
Rotary system
The rotary blending system is the core system for blending operations. In which, the rotary motor is a low-speed high torque reducer. It is installed on the right pedestal support and is the drive for blending.
An orientation sensor is installed on the other side flange of the rotary cage. At machine finishing cycle or manual orientation cycle, blending speed is reduced to the minimum and bin cage stops at the vertical position.
PLC and inverter control system, guarantee machine stable performance and reliable operation.
HMI adopts touch panel, human-friendly and clear operation interface.
High degree of automation. The whole blending process from lifting bin is automatically executed by one click.
Auto and manual control modes.
Different blending programs can be set and can call from touch panel.
The system can save 50 groups of different materials blending programs.
One main blender machine can blend with many bin specifications. So one machine can blend different batch capacities.
Production and alarm records are saved in the system. It is retraceable to the working time, operator access level, blending speed etc.
Infrared photoelectric sensors are adapted to isolate the working area from the operating area. They can safeguard operator’s safety on equipment operation time efficiently.
